The Weight of Your Body

10 minutes

Find a comfortable position — seated or lying down. Close your eyes or soften your gaze. Notice the weight of your body against the surface beneath you. Starting from your feet, slowly bring your attention upward through your body — ankles, calves, knees, thighs, hips, belly, chest, shoulders, arms, hands, neck, face. You are not looking for anything. You are simply arriving. Do this once, slowly. When you reach the top of your head, take three full breaths and let the exhale be twice as long as the inhale.

Guidance: The Landing phase asks only one thing: arrive. There is no insight required here. No change expected yet. Your only job today is to let your nervous system know you are safe.
